How they haven't allowed .22 CF for Roe is beyond me! All Scottish stalkers know how effective they are on Roe. BDS interference again. You know Muntjac are a much tougher animal than Roe, yet they say its OK for.22 CF ???? Don't agree!

And once again I reiterate my concerns that some bloody-minded police authorities will now demand a DSC1 before allowing a .222 or bigger, because they will say that anything above a .22 Hornet is now a “Deer calibre”.

Yes there always seem to be alterior motives for these decisions. Especially, with a government so anti shooting and looking for backdoor methods of curtailing our legal activities. Obviously if you wear a "Hoody" and have a criminal record you can access guns far more readily than those silly people who actually get Home Office approved licenses!!!!

.222's and .223's are borderline for roe. IMO They are certainly unacceptable for use on Muntjac.
