Events page: chronological bucketing, ICS export, and detail page

Events are grouped into Happening Now, Starting Soon, Upcoming, and Future buckets on the browse page. Each event card includes an ICS calendar export button visible to all visitors. The event detail page shows full event info, an Add to Calendar button, and — for signed-in users — a Set Reminder button. The detail page no longer auto-redirects to the external website; the official site link remains available as a prominent button.
