Unload the pistol immediately and stop using it. Enter the serial number into the Taurus online lookup tool to determine whether your pistol is covered before resuming use.

Some FN 502 Tactical pistols may be missing a manual-safety lock lever, allowing the pistol to fire when the trigger is pulled with the manual safety in the safe position.

Affected models: Colt CBX Precision and Colt CBX Tac Hunter bolt-action rifles (all units)

All Colt CBX bolt-action rifles are affected. If the trigger is pulled while the manual safety is engaged, the trigger may not fully reset. Moving the safety to the fire position could then result in an unintended discharge without another trigger pull. The CBX line has been discontinued.
Action Required
STOP USING IMMEDIATELY. Return the rifle to Colt. Because the CBX line is discontinued, Colt offers a full refund or an eligible replacement revolver rather than a repair.

Certain Carmel rifles have a safety issue involving the firing-pin blocker. IWI will correct affected rifles at no cost to the customer.

Certain barrels were made from steel tubes that may not have received the proper heat treatment. The barrel could rupture when the rifle is fired, creating a risk of serious injury. Only a portion of 2017-production SUB2000 rifles are affected.

STOP USING UNTIL SERIAL NUMBER IS CHECKED. Complete the manufacturer's serial-number verification process on the Kel-Tec website before any further use.
